[Equation Help] Searching the highest value and returning associated name?
Hi all - hopefully a relatively straight forward question who's equation I can't quite figure out. Essentially, I'm looking for a way to find the highest value in a data set, return the associated name, and then have that name appear on a dashboard. For instance:
Name Number of Learning Hours |
John Doe | 20 |
Jane Smith | 40 |
George Washington | 30 |
I'd like to find a formula that returns Jane Smith. I presume I'd then use that formula in the Summary function of Smartsheet to then roll into a dashboard. But I'm stuck on the initial equation. Any advice?
