Health Status
Hello,
I am new to using formulas in SmartSheets. I want to have my Health Status reflected "green" when the "employee suspension start" date is within 4 days (for example, employee suspended February 19, 2024 should reflect green through February 23, 2024) then yellow from 5-12 days (previous example February 24 - February 31) then Red from day 13 on (March 1 on). How would you write this?

Do you mean if the suspension date is the 19th, it would show green from today through the 23rd, or do you mean a date between now and the 23rd would show as green today?

It would show as green through the 23rd! I want it to indicate to me that the due date is approaching to help prioritize work.

Try this:
=IF([Employee Suspension Start Date]@row<= TODAY(4), "Green", IF([Employee Suspension Start Date]@row<= TODAY(12), "Yellow", "Red"))
