"Something went wrong" Error
Our team continues to receive the same error message while working in our SmartSheet throughout the day. Though, when we review the SmartSheet Status page there are no similar issues listed.
So, my question is:
What does this "Something went wrong" mean if it keeps happening for numerous users for almost a week now? Is there a bigger issue on the back end?

Hope all is well. Have you or other team members been able to access the sheet previously or since posting this question?
There are a number of reasons the Smartsheet may be pushing out this message.
If you and your team members have tried these troubleshooting steps below, then it is recommended to reach out to Smartsheet Support.
- Log out / in again
- Try a different browser
- Use Private/Incognito mode in your browser.
- Check if other users are experiencing the same issue.
- If the problem persists, consider creating a copy of the sheet and breaking it into smaller pieces to troubleshoot. See - Issue: My sheet is slow to load

When contacting Smartsheet Support, provide the Sheet URL and a list of the steps you’ve tried so far. This will help them identify the cause of the issue.
