I am the owner of the report and all the source sheets,
but can't even add field (which is inactivated) and many features are greyed out.

@MJ L Sheet summary fields can only be managed within individual sheets.
If 3 people receive an update request for the same row, will the update request disappear once the first person updates the applicable row? It does not appear that this is the case, but wondering if it should be?
