Card View | Some View Options not Showing Images

Hi all,

I am hoping this is a simple fix all.

I am using Smartsheet Card View to showcase our New Product Developments by Due Date range along with other fields and have utilised images to show the item on our team boards.

Most of the "view by XXX" showcase the image column, however a couple of the key stakeholder views are not showing the image, even though the field is selected and comes up in other views.

Has anyone come across this before?

The below is the view i am having issues with, and the second is the same sheet but different view by option which shows the images

Hi @dclark

Thank you for posting screen captures of your experience! I'm unable to replicate what you're seeing - changing the "view by" keeps my images visible.

At this point I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Support with your images, as well as the sheet URL, and if possible a video recording of you changing the View (including showing how it's set up in Grid view).
