Desktop app appears in a small window !?

Hello,

The desktop app (Windows) that I have just downloaded cannot be enlarged on my screen. The window button (red arrow / see attachment) cannot be clicked!? (Window 1920 x 1200) Quite strange.

Have I done something wrong?

Does anyone really have any idea what could be behind this? I have already searched everything Google, forums, etc.

It really is totally crazy. :-(

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

This looks like an issue with the display settings or the application window itself

KIndly try reinstalling the Smartsheet desktop app. 

This can sometimes fix issues related to application window size and behavior

I did that. I reinstalled and installed again.

Without success.

In between, I wrote to the smartsheet-Support.
