I want to have a formula to find from the dropdown list in {Builder Email}, when the builder is selected in {Builder}. Is this possible?

If you have another sheet (I'll call this Builder Lookup) with a list of builders and their emails in separate columns you can use an INDEX MATCH function in your Builder Email column to pull the email from the Builder Lookup sheet when the value in the Builder matches that in the Builder Lookup sheet.
