Error attempting to create a Sheet Summary Report

When I attempt to create a sheet summary report on a sheet that I am the owner of, I always get an error. This happens on any sheet, not just this one. I did create 3 different summary fields. Any ideas:

Thanks for the suggestion. Turns out the next day it was working so there must have been a glitch in the matrix that day.
