Moved to another sheet

Why does this automation take all my rows on one sheet to another. The automation is set for it to move the rows that have Status changed to canceled or closed.

    Hi @Robert S Fike

I hope you're well and safe!

Do you have parent rows that the status changes on? If yes, then all children rows would move with it.

    Was that the issue?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

    Hello @Robert S Fike,

This could also be caused because you are using the Run Now option which skips the trigger block.

Things you should know when using Run Now:
    • Run Now is only available on active workflows, and it may alter your sheet data based on the actions configured in the workflow.
    • Select Send notifications to myself to change who receives email and in-app notifications from the workflow. Use this setting when you don't need to notify everyone specified by the workflow. The setting applies to email and in-app notifications aren't supported for Slack or Teams alerts and document generation.
    • Manually running a workflow doesn't override any scheduled workflows.
    • Manually running a workflow bypasses all trigger criteria but respects workflow conditions.
    • You can specify whether to run the workflow on the entire sheet or on specific rows.

You can find more information about this topic in our Help Center article Manually Run a Workflow

    Cheers!

    @Robert S Fike

    Happy to help!

Can you share some screenshots of the sheet? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
