Automation Notifications for Multiple Unchecked Columns

Good Evening Everyone,

I'm trying to create a weekly automation notification where the notification contains all the columns that are unchecked but the checked boxes are not sent with the notification. For example

Columns 1,2,4, are checked

Columns 3 & 5 are unchecked.

I want a automation alert that just has columns 3&5 as they need to be completed.

Is this possible?

Yes I believe that you can achieve this by adding conditions into your automation. 😊
