VLOOKUP formula not working

Hi,
Can someone help me see what is missing from this VLOOKUP formula? I am getting a #INCORRECT ARGUMENT SET error. I am trying to pull the dates for these 2 columns from a 2nd sheet using VLOOKUP. The sheet is big and I've already max out my number of use with index/match formulas. So the VLOOKUP is my work around.
Thank you.

Hello,
Sometimes, the error stems from how the arguments are structured or separated in the formula. For instance, omitting quotation marks around a sheet name that contains spaces, or using incorrect argument separators (which can vary based on regional settings, like the comma , or the semicolon ;). Have you tried solving your problem by separating your arguments with ";"?
