Cannot Find Customer document

Hello,

My name is JD. My customer is using Smartsheets to run an RFP and sent it out today. When I login I do not see anything at all. Where can I go to see this document that was shared with me?

How did your customer share it with you? (Workspace, Sheet, Report, Alert)

How would that help by just asking me how they shared it? If I knew that answer I'd be able to find it. Don't worry about it, we decided not to use sheets and share a different method.
