Return value if date is less than another date

Hi - In the metric page, I have a column for Go Live Date and another column for Today+45 Days. I want a report to list projects with a GoLive date within the Today+45 Date.

Examples: Today+45 = 4/20/24

Activity Go Live

Project1 6/01/24

Project2 3/05/24

Project3 5/01/24

The report should only show Project2 3/05/24

Would this be a formula in the metrics page or could I filter in the report?
