How to create the backup or export the content from work app to PDF file?
I want to create the back up for every month to save the file as PDF from my workapp?

There currently isn't a native way to print a Workapp to a PDF file with all the pages showing. You would need to export or backup the data by backing up the individual / source items. That said, your Browser may be able to print a page to a PDF to show you the data currently displaying in your browser window.
