How can the Parent Task show the least value of its children?
Dear collegues,
I have a project plan. There is a column, called "Color Symbol" where I choose by a formula if a task is ...
Blue = already done, Green = Still in the future, Yellow = Due in 3 days, Red = Due date already passed.
QUESTION: Would now like to see at the parent task what the lowest (minimal) status is.
For that matter I highlighted in purple in the screen shot beneath these lines here where I would like to see the lowest color symbol.
The result should be at row 1 = Blue, row4 = Red, row7 = Yellow
Would be greatly appreciated if someone could help! Thank-you already dearly in advance!
Best regards
