Hey All,

I am having issues with my SmartSheet automations not sending to my teams channels. Some of my teams channels get the notifications no problem and other channels nothing comes through. Ideas to troubleshoot this issue?

@SmartWay360 I just have one account. However I am apart of various teams / channels but the ones I am apart of show as an option to select in SmartSheet. There seems to be only one channel that works with notifications, if I change the channel it will not send.

@Biiams Have you granted permission to SmartSheet to connect with MS Teams channel? The other channels, perhaps you can try to add them as new organization?
