Update request not showing fields for update

I am testing an automation: Request update.

The email notification shows the fields for update.

However, if I open the request, only the message appears, and no fields for update.

The fields are not locked.

The rows are not locked.

How do I fix this?

    Hi @Wilna - can you share a screenshot of what it looks like?

    With our update request automations, we have

    • Customized a message that displays at the top.
    • Then there's the Open Request button that you have to click to actually fill out the details.
    • The fields that we selected display at the bottom of the message, but you can't update them there.

    @Wilna can you send a screenshot of how the automation is built? Below is a screenshot of how one of ours is set up. People can see all the fields we have selected and can make updates. But also they have to:

    1. Have access to the sheet.
    2. The column on the sheet can't be locked.
