Update request not showing fields for update

I am testing an automation: Request update.

The email notification shows the fields for update.

However, if I open the request, only the message appears, and no fields for update.

The fields are not locked.

The rows are not locked.

How do I fix this?

Hi @Wilna - can you share a screenshot of what it looks like?

With our update request automations, we have

Customized a message that displays at the top.
Then there's the Open Request button that you have to click to actually fill out the details.
The fields that we selected display at the bottom of the message, but you can't update them there.

@Wilna can you send a screenshot of how the automation is built? Below is a screenshot of how one of ours is set up. People can see all the fields we have selected and can make updates. But also they have to:

Have access to the sheet.
The column on the sheet can't be locked.
