How can I validate an email list in a SmartSheet form?

We downloaded a CSV file of our Outlook contacts into a SmartSheet in hopes to validate the email addresses within a form in the workbook. So far, all I can do is manually add each contact into the column linked with the form question. Is there a way to add the contacts in mass?

Also, @Humashankar, just to be clear, we are trying to have the form validate against a contact list in the worksheet. In essence, we are trying to have the user who is submitting the form be able to input a contact and it be validated right away.

Thank you @Humashankar for providing that resource. I already added the contact list in "My SmartSheet Contacts" and am curious to see how I can add that list automatically into the "Add Contacts" option under column properties.

I was exploring the options and identified there is no direct API endpoint to automatically synchronize contacts from 'My SmartSheet Contacts' to the 'Add Contacts' option under column properties in a sheet.
