COUNTIFS Question

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet of various columns which includes, in part,:

Original Location

Current Location

Duration Since Move to Original Location

I am trying to create a COUNTIFS formula to count how many people are not at their Original Location within a time frame of 365 days. This is being done on a separate sheet using this formula but I can not get it to work.

=COUNTIFS({Location Range 10}, [Primary Column]@row, {Location Range 3}, NOT([Primary Column]@row), {Location Range 9}, <365)

#INVALID OPERATION

"Location" is the name of the source data file and "Primary Column" is the column name in the summary sheet which lists all the locations in which I am trying to get this formula.

Would appreciate any insight please and suggestions.

use

<>[Primary Column]@row
