I'm Melanie Corbin, Smartsheet fan and Overachiever Alumni. I've worked in healthcare administration for more than 30 years, mostly in IT Program and Project Management, and most recently, IT department management. I've used several of the leading project management software products, and Smartsheet is by far my favorite. I love the flexibility not only to manage projects, but to create no code automated solutions for all my teams' needs.

@MCorbin I was curious about your thoughts on the below limitations.

1. Smartsheet does not host code files to run in a Scheduler.
   1. Benefit: Remove mid-process human intervention, lower human error risk and increase automation.
2. Data Table/Shuttle not available in Smartsheet API SDK and Github Smartsheet Package.
   1. Benefit: Benefit: Automate mass changes to Data Table connections, properties and records.
3. Data Shuttle Workflow does not have the ability to register the time zone acronym for Last Run.
   1. Benefit: End User can identify the Last Run more accurately or at least compare to their local time.
4. Data Shuttle Workflow does not update to End User time zone.
   1. Benefit: Geographically distributed teams can identify when any changes are getting too close to a subsequent prescheduled run.
5. Data Shuttle Workflow does not allow View/Edit collaborators.
   1. Benefit: OOO Coverage Matrix continuity.
6. Data Shuttle Workflow does not register Data Sources from SQL or APIs.
   1. Benefit: Support multi source data consumption to generate reporting at all levels of the company
7. Data Shuttle Workflow Activity Log does not capture the Start/End Dates regardless if it is the 1st, manual or prescheduled run.
   1. Benefit: Data ETA runtimes impact subsequent revenue driving activities
8. Data Shuttle Workflow Activity Log does not have import errors.
   1. Benefit: Benefit: Identify when records are not registered and why.
9. Data Shuttle Workflow Activity Log does not differentiate between Action Made By actors.
   1. Benefit: Differentiate between a human manual push run vs an automated prescheduled runs.
10. Data Table does not have an Activity Log at the Record level.
    1. Benefit: Identify singular, handful or mass changes to Data Table connections, properties and records
11. Data Table does not dynamically register New Fields in the Data Source.
    1. Benefit: Previously imported records update as registered for the New Field. New Records are ingested with the New Field.
