Always refer to the first row in a sheet
I have a sheet where a form will create a new row at the top of the sheet with each entry. Is there a way to have a static formula or cell/row reference that will automatically default to the newest entry? Visually to have the yellow cell always refer to row 1 in the sheet even though I make the reference to what will eventually become row 2 then 3 etc.? So on 3/11 it would be 4 then on 3/18 it would be 13, on 3/19 it would be 11 and on 3/20 it would be 22 until the next entry, whenever that is?
