Collapsing Rows

Our main sheet has rows that have multiple indents. Every time I open the sheet everything is expanded and it is a real pain to collapse every heading to the usable info I'm working on. Because we have multiple users editing the sheet it seems to expand their edits. I need the sheet to only expand by the user that is reviewing it as it's too time consuming constantly having to collapse rows.

Thoughts/Help?
