Why is my graphic resizing on my form?

I have a graphic on a side-by-side form and when I open it, it's fine. However, when some of my co-workers open it, they say it gets cut off.

I had our graphic designer put a white border around it but it's still cutting off for them.

The graphic looks fine on their laptop. However, if they drag it to their external or additional monitor it auto sizes it and the cut off graphic is what they see.

If you haven’t already done so, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
