Hi,

I am having difficulty getting the formula to work

formula: =DATE(YEAR(TODAY(()), MONTH([Hire Date]@row), DAY([Hire Date]@row))

Try this one:

=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()) + IF(TODAY() > DATE(YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH([Hire Date]@row), DAY([Hire Date]@row)), 1, 0), MONTH([Hire Date]@row), DAY([Hire Date]@row))
