How can I recover deleted rows?

Greetings, I regret to inform you that we had an employee go rogue with our company. He deleted 6 files as he left. These files represent thousands of hours spent. Can we recover them somehow, please?

    @lance.scanlon if you are doing backups, you would be able to recover from backup. There is no good way that I am aware of the replicate the rows after being deleted. This would remove things like predecessors but would recover the bulk of your data.

    If you are not on backups, you may be able to pull a snapshot from the Activity Log.
