Can someone reach out to me? The highlighted sections is stuck on this dropdown. It might have been me. We have a new software that keeps our pw and i click on it by mistake and now it wont change. I need your help ASAP.

Were you able to resolve this? Here are the initial troubleshooting steps I would try:

• Close the sheet and come back to it
• Log out of Smartsheet and log back in
• Access Smartsheet from a different browser
• Access Smartsheet from an Incognito window

If the browser tests have helped, it may be related to either the browser extensions or cookies/cache. Here's more information: Issue: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items

If none of this has helped, please contact Smartsheet Support with a full screen recording, the steps leading up to the issue, if this is happening on only one sheet then the sheet URL, and the bullet point results of the steps above.
