Broken Approval Workflow
Hi all!
After a form is submitted, it needs 2 approvals. The first is approval is routed to the designated "Division Manager." During our test run, the Division Manager is able to receive and approval/ reject the submission.
After the Division Manager approves, it is then supposed to route to the designated "Vice President". Unfortunately that's where the automation is broken. I can't figure out why the Vice President doesn't receive the approval notification. Any help is appreciated.

Can you take a screenshot of the automation workflow (hide any email addresses or other sensitive data) to help us see what might be wrong?

Are your rows getting added with the DM approvals already done? From screenshot 1:
This should probably be changed to when rows are added/changed or just changed.
You could also make the entire approval chain in a single automation - if the first approval (DM level) is approved, then the follow-up action is to request a further approval from the VP. If the first approval is denied then obviously this isn't applicable.
