Request an Update - Capture updates from email to SS

Hi Team,

I have created an automation workflow to request an update.

The update request email has specific fields that appear in the outlook email body.

Is it possible to have users capture their responses in the email and reply. Their comment/ Response can be updated right into the Smartsheet.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

- 3rd-party integration
- Smartsheet API or Bridge
