My name is Mandy and I work for Optum, one of the many divisions of United Health Group. I am a Clinical Quality RN for our Delegation Team. I do prior authorization request audits and I also do the monthly and quarterly QA reporting. If anyone has any helpful hints on setting up reporting templates, please comment.
