Quality Assurance

My name is Mandy and I work for Optum, one of the many divisions of United Health Group. I am a Clinical Quality RN for our Delegation Team. I do prior authorization request audits and I also do the monthly and quarterly QA reporting. If anyone has any helpful hints on setting up reporting templates, please comment. I am new to Smartsheet but love it so far.

@Mandy Maitland I have been testing and identified some highs/lows in regards to bringing to life how my company is benefiting from change management whether it is addressing people, systems, process, CX and revenue.

You may enjoy Data Shuttle with the recurring schedule of data source refresh, but, there are limitations. Smartsheet Connections and Data Mesh are useful…but…again…limitations.

Treating Smartsheet like a RDBS is the best advice I can give when identifying the visual during the design framework stage.

Unfortunately, Smartsheet does not host code scripts which would further enhance automation and minimize mid-process human checks.
