Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• You can add information that certain fields are required in the description, change the column names and add a *, and then have a workflow trigger to send another Update Request until all fields are filled out.

If the filed is left empty that is not considered as any change to the Row, So what condition we can use to send the update request again

In that case, you'd have a recurring workflow sending it an interval until it's completed.

It could also be an alert informing them to complete the request.
