Do you have some type of date column you can use for reference? Depending on how your sheet is setup, it would look something like this:
=COUNTIFS({Sunbelt Life Cycle TC tracker Range 1}, "Complete", {Date}, @cell >= DATE(2024, 04,01), {Date}, @cell <= DATE(2024, 04, 30))

@Weston Johnson Hi, For a date range use the following {date created}, {date created} >= DATE(2024,4,1), {date created}, {date created} <= DATE(2024,4,30) where {date created} is your date column. I think you can also use this one instead if you're counting by month... {date created}, Month(@cell) = 4
