Combining two formulas in one -
I have two formulas that work independently and am wondering if there is anyway to combine them. I've spent far too much time in the forums trying to solve it on my own but keep getting errors.
The two formula's are referencing different column data on the same sheet. The sheet is showing an entire history of employee referrals, but I just want to know the referrals that have occurred this Fiscal Year (which starts 3/1/24)
=COUNTIF({Offers & Benchmarking Range 4}, "Referral")
=COUNTIF({Offers & Benchmarking Range 2}, AND(@cell >= DATE(2024, 3, 1), @cell <= DATE(2025, 2, 28)))
Thanks in advance for your help!

See if this works for you:
=COUNTIFS({Offers & Benchmarking Range 4}, "Referral", {Offers & Benchmarking Range 2}, @cell >= DATE(2024, 3, 1), {Offers & Benchmarking Range 2}, @cell <= DATE(2025, 2, 28))

That worked - thank you so much!
I was definitely trying to overcomplicate it in the solutions that I was trying.
