I am not seeing the icons of other users that are in a sheet at the same time as me.

Is there a setting or set of conditions that mean these other users are not visible when I know they are in the same sheet as me?

Hey @RobH

It can take a minute or two for the Active Faces to sync on a sheet and identify that there are other users looking at the same item (here's more information: Work with multiple people on a sheet at the same time)

If you're still not seeing the other user pop up in the corner after a few minutes, try refreshing your Browser. If this hasn't helped, please reach out to Support with a screen recording and the other user's email address, along with the sheet URL, so they can look into this in a private channel.
