Data from a customer email to populate columns on a sheet

Ideal scenario would be customer receives an email triggered from a checked cell in the smartsheet. The email has 10 columns they need to populate with data. The data can then be automatically transferred to the smartsheet in the corresponding columns.
Automated email with table to complete - customer completes table - data goes back into the appropriate row corresponding to the meeting.
