Project Managment Office - Intake Sheet Issues - Added Multiple Project Metadata Links

We have an issue with our project intake sheet. The links to the project metadata sheet now have many project metadata links and data is not connecting properly (see screen shot below). I believe we need to repoint each entry to the right metadata sheet manually then repoint future entries to the template metadata sheet. Is there a way to clean this up more effectively?

Hi @JeffV,

Each time an Intake is submitted, I have to go in and repoint the linked fields (yellow) to the correct Metadata sheet. By default, new entries seem to link to the first metadata sheet found in the list. I don't think there is a way to clean this up. I haven't seen a negative impact from this as long as I relink the cells.

Perhaps an automation can be created to update the links. I'll look into it and let you know.
