Problems with sharing sheets with other contacts

Recently i have been sharing sheets with a few of my contacts (from same company), it will give an error of 'you do not have access to this item' even after sharing it a few times.

Has there been any changes or other additional ways to do this?

A few things to test here:

• Ensure that the email you shared the item to is the correct email address / contact
• Try sharing a Workspace where the sheets are located instead, then ask the user to navigate to the Workspace (versus clicking a direct link)
• Have the user log out and then log back in again to see if this refreshes the Sharing permissions from their end
