Automatically change status to Open/In Progress

Can someone assist me with creating a formula that will automatically change the status to open/in progress when a RAID item is added and save to the sheet?

I hope you're well and safe!

If you always add it with a form, then you can set a default value. Otherwise, you can add a workflow that changes each row added to that value with the change a cell action.
