Is there a way to get the link references into a column so I can see and filter on it readily?

I want to make it easier for my team to see the cell-linkages in bulk, rather than forcing them to hover over each cell individually.

Do you mean that you want to see what sheet cell links are pushing to/pulling from? There is no way to display that in a field in Smartsheet automatically, you'd have to add your own helper and update manually.
