Writing a formula with two different IF conditions based on 2 possible actions
I don't know if IF formulas or INDEX/MATCH are appropriate here - I've tried both and am not able to get a functioning formula.
I would like the formula in the column "Winning Agency" to look at the BookingOutcome column, which has two options: "Booked with first agency." or "Booked with second agency." and then return the applicable agency.
Using the example below, since the booking outcome is "Booked with first agency," I would like ABC Agency to show in the Winning Agency column. Conversely, if the booking outcome had been "Booked with second agency" then I'd want XYZ Agency to be returned in the Winning Agency column.
What's the best way to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance!

If it's a "one or the other" logic, I would do the following:
This way, you can type what you need in the first 2 columns and the logic would still work.

Wow, way simpler than I was trying to make it. Thank you so much!

I have adjusted the formula to leave a blank if the "BookingOutcome" column is blank.

Follow-up question: if any of the columns (First Submitting Agency, Agency #2, or BookingOutcome) are blank, I would like the formula to return a blank, as well. Is that possible?
