Hello all, watching the newly published video https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=66&v=WtIcIkMnsrk at the 1:00 mark they are using a project build tool. is this an enterprise feature?

They're using the Control Center; not an enterprise only feature, but it is a paid add on. More on Control Center here:
