Approval Automation

Hi,

What is the most efficient way to set up an approval automation for 30+ approvers?

For example, I am building a Travel Request form, which requires approval from managers across numerous departments (over 30 departments, one manager for each department). Do I have to manually input each of these managers as an automation individually?

So if "X" department is chosen, then "X" manager needs to approve or deny ?

So there will be 3 approvers per request.

Manager approval, financial analyst approval, and executive director approver.

There are over 30 managers/departments (1 manager per department), 4 financial analysts (each analyst has their own set of departments they cover for), and there are 3 executive directors (again, they have their own set of departments they cover for).

I'd recommend creating a table in the same or another sheet and then adding the three approval levels in a workflow so they go step by step, or if you prefer, it could be sent to add three levels simultaneously.

@MandyKrez Did you ever come up with a solution? I am trying to do a similar thing and I am very confused because it wont let me save in one column multiple times
