Changing Cell color if someone changed the value.

We are using a sheet that needs to be updated weekly.

I would like to know which cell was changed by changing cell's color, but not using Conditional formatting, because is not known which cell will be changed or the value.

Is there any automation or formula that can be used?

The "highlight changes" feature can "sort of" do this. There isn't an option to show changes made this week, but it does have the option to show changes in the last seven days.
