Why can I only edit a sheet on my phone and not my PC

I am sharing a smart sheet with a business partner and we were working off the free plan at first. When the 30 day trial ended I could no longer edit so we both purchased the pro plan. However, my PC version of the sheet is still view only yet on my mobile app I am able to make changes as per usual. We have tried removing me as a collaborator and re-adding myself, making myself admin and so on. Any idea on why this is?

To be able to edit, you would need to be on the same pro plan or use business or higher, and I think that the possibility of editing on mobile is a bug that will be fixed soon.

I agree with what @Andrée Starå said 🙂

If you're sharing sheets on a Pro Plan, the collaborators need to be licensed on the same Pro Plan in order to Edit content, otherwise the sheet will be View Only. Here's an article with more information: Dashboard widgets and sharing in the Pro plan
