"Error while provisioning template" message when I try to use a template

Can you clarify a few things:
- What Template are you trying to download? Is it a template Set with multiple items?
- What plan-type are you on? (Here's information on how to find that: Identify your Smartsheet plan and user type)
Is it possible you're on an older plan type that is no longer being supported, so some of the new Smartsheet features built into new template sets are unable to load in your account? See: Discontinued Smartsheet plans

I did have an older plan (Individual). I upgraded to Pro and it works. Thank you!
