Hi @jboone003
I hope you're well and safe!
If you open the share menu and click on your row, you can request to become the owner.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

@Andrée Starå,
Thank you for your quick response! Unfortunately, we're having some strange permissions issues after the upgrade.
I tried to ask the Owner to make me the Owner, but it wouldn't allow that either
I'm trying to invite a user who was an Admin under the Pro Plan, but it won't let me (see screenshot).
I have a ticket into Smartsheet support...hopefully they respond quickly like you did!
Thanks again,
Justin

Happy to help!
The issue probably has to do with the fact that the Pro plan is involved, and I think it's limiting the transfer, so the best bet is probably to wait for support to get back to you.

Hi @jboone003
In order to receive ownership of a sheet, you'll need to first have at least Admin permissions on the sheet (versus Editor). If the item is in a workspace, you will also need Admin access to the Workspace.
Can you please have the owner first upgrade your permission type, then try the transfer again? Here's more information: Change Owner permissions of a sheet, report, or dashboard
Cheers!

You're both correct. I'm working with support now on both. Really appreciate the help as I'm brand new to Smartsheet...
