Smartsheet forms and non-users

I use Smartsheet forms a lot with non-users. I just created a new form and shared it via a QR code with a non user on their mobile device, and it came up with a prompt to login into Smartsheet. To my knowledge this is the first time this has happened for me. Has there been a change? Can non-users fill out forms without having to download the app or log in?

Update: The toggle to require Smartsheet login to answer is turned off, but I'm still getting asked to login when I view my QR code with my mobile device.

It might be worth checking your form settings? Is it possible when you created the form the 'Require Smartsheet login to access this form' button was toggled on?

Thank you. That is/was turned off but it is still happening.

If I remember correctly, the users must remove the app so it opens in the browser instead, and then it should work.
