Struggling with following

Colom Picklist is a Tik box ...

To prepare a list for the warehouse we need to tik the box manual.

once the warehouse scanned , the sheet is proccessing a new line and when in colum action is OUT the tink box in Colom needs to be tikked automatic. But it doesnt work.

what is wrong

Change the trigger to When rows are changed.

No i tried this as well

when triggerd , you see that the cell is becoming blue

But its stops and nothing is changing
