New Sheet Daily Using Same Form

I created a form with tons of logic for a Security Company’s Officers to submit incident reports. We need a way to save the sheet then have that same form populate a brand new sheet every day without having to save/clear contents etc.

we have a SOC that will be monitoring the sheet daily but need a fresh sheet daily so they aren’t scrolling through yesterdays entries.

If the only requirement is to reduce scrolling, could you add a system generated created date to the sheet to return the date the rows were added then add a filter the sheet so they only see today's entries?

The filter options include "is today" so there wouldn't be any manual effort at all once this is switched on.
