Completion date with last 30 days formula

Hi, I am needing a formula to calculate how many rows have a completion date that is within the last 30 days.
I have tried
=COUNTIFS([Completion Date]:[Completion Date], ">=" & TODAY() - 30)
but it comes up as #UNPARSEABLE
Any ideas?

Your syntax is off a bit. Try this instead:
=COUNTIFS([Completion Date]:[Completion Date], >= TODAY(- 30))
