Thanks Andrée for your help. I only just signed up the Smartsheet as I was looking for a solution to solve team's business travel budgets, calendars and requests all in one place and came across this Team Travel Management Template which looks exactly what my company needs. I have managed to find the template in the library just now. Thanks again!
